At each appointment, you receive one-on-one personalized care.  Dr. Pat will work with you to implement the most clinically effective and cost-effective treatment.

About Dr. Pat:

Dr. Patrick Opachich is a DOT Certified Medical Examiner in the National Registry. He also treats neck and back pain, arthritis, Type 2 Diabetes, weight loss and allergies. Performing FAA BasicMed Exams, DOT Physical Exams, School Bus Driver Exams, and other services related to the transportation industry is his specialty. He is board eligible in chiropractic orthopedics and a holistic functional medicine physician as well. Dr. Opachich is a Jacksonville native and has been in practice in the Jacksonville area for over 40 years.
